These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TatumMarshall.com and the purchase of the TM Fingerstyle Masterclass (the "Course"). By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Digital Product Access
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to access the video masterclass and accompanying digital materials (E-books/TABS). One User per License: Your login is for your personal use only. Sharing your credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.Technological Protection: We use domain-locking and IP-monitoring to protect our content. Multiple simultaneous logins from different geographic locations may result in automatic account suspension.
2. Intellectual Property
The techniques, arrangements, video content, and TABS provided are the intellectual property of Tatum Marshall / TM Music Global. You may not record, redistribute, or resell the specific instructional content of the course without express written permission. You are encouraged to perform the songs and techniques learned for personal and professional use, but the instructional assets remain our exclusive property.
3. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)
Due to the nature of digital products, once the course content has been accessed or downloaded, we generally do not offer refunds.The "Happiness Guarantee": If you have purchased the course but have not yet accessed the video modules or downloaded the E-book, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Exceptional Circumstances: We pride ourselves on the quality of our content. If you experience technical issues that prevent access, we will work with you to resolve them as a priority.
4. Sync & Licensing
For media professionals using our "Sync & Licensing" page: Previews via our DISCO link are for evaluation purposes only. No license is granted until a formal Sync Agreement is signed and the agreed fee is paid. All music is provided as "One-Stop" (100% Master and Publishing controlled) unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Disclaimer & Liability
While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific musical results. Your progress depends on your practice. TM Music Global is not liable for any physical strain or injury resulting from the improper application of guitar techniques.
